All colour is fired on and will not be affected by being outside. Designed, sculpted and produced entirely by myself each piece is hand finished. It comes with a looped wire on the back, ready to hang. Of course it will look just as lovely inside. She has fish, coral and shells surrounding her with seaweed as her red hair floats in the current. I take one off special orders coloured to your specifications. Handmade Materials: Medium: Clay Height: 36 centimetres Width: 36 centimetres Depth: 2 centimetres Description This piece of work is based on my experience during the spring lockdown of hearing all the birds singing. It has a natural landscape with wild animals in it, a Pheasant, a Blackbird who is one of nature's songbirds and a deer, throwing his head back and contributing to the sounds of the natural countryside. They are bathed in the glow of the early morning sun. I wanted to make something that connects us with the healing of nature and our connection with green spaces helps our mental health as human beings. I think our connection with the natural world is of underestimated importance. It is a piece that invites us to experience the calming effect of connecting with nature, whether it is in national parks or the plant on the windowsill, we can achieve such positive effects on us through the healing of nature.
