About Carlisle Brewing Co

Based in Kingstown Industrial Estate, we’ve been brewing real ale in Carlisle since 2013, starting off behind our pub, The Spinners Arms in Cummersdale – we’re proud of the fact we brought brewing back to Carlisle after a 30 year gap! We make the kind of beer we like drinking and we think we have the best job in the world ever! Real ale is awesome!!

We’re currently delivering beer in a box to your front door within a 10 mile radius of the brewery. The style of beers varies depending on what we’ve brewed so check out our website for availability – we update on a regular basis.

All purchases also support your local hostelry as you can nominate your local pub for a small cash donation, which more importantly lets them know you’re missing them.

5 or 10 Litre Beer in a Box

Real ale in a box - 5 or 10 litre options. Beers vary so follow the link to see options. So what is a bag in box I hear you ask? Basically, it's like the wine boxes you've seen around for years - we put fresh beer in a bag, put the bag in a box, deliver it to you, you find the little tap behind a hole in the cardboard, remove the security bit and press the little flaps to pour beer into your glass - nice and simple!!!
