We are a family run and owned distillery/brewery based in the village of Llanddarog near Carmarthen. We produce award winning beers, ciders, rum’s, gin and single malt whisky. Based at the ancient pub The white hart inn. Drinks are available at the brewery shop or you can order online. SINGLE MALT WHISKY

First release Welsh malt whisky, distilled slowly on our unique still using only the heart of the run and made from the finest barley.The malt spirit has been sleeping in a bourbon barrel until it was awoken and bottled. This is bottle number of 350 bottles from the first cask opend August 2019.

Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas. This is a unique and tasty rich copper ale with the taste of Christmas pudding. The ale has been specially brewed with the magic of Christmas. Many styles of ales are made during the year. We also make cider from some local apples.The quality of our ales is important to us, so we brew and bottle on site. SEA DRAGON SPICED RUM 70CL 40% ABV A secret blend of natural spices which have been soaked in our White Rumcapturing the delicious flavours from around the world. Tasting Notes A warming slightley sweet Spiced Rumwith hints of vanilla, cinnammon, cloves,nutmeg and raisins rather moorish.
