About My First Blanket

Hi there,

My name is Jill and I make knitted and pom pom goods and accessories for you to enjoy or gift to others.

My crafty journey started many years ago when a friend was having a baby and I thought it would be a great idea to knit her a blanket, hence my name!, from there I caught the bug and have made many baby hats, booties and cardigans for friends and for my own children. These days I tend to stick with chunkier knit blankets and pom-poms, mainly for speed as I like to see progress, and when lockdown is over I hope to get back with a little more teaching for beginner knitters too!
