Hi, I am Jo, In my previous life I was a furniture restorer, but working in a cold workshop in January, on big pieces of furniture is not fun. I wanted something ‘smaller’ I now work in my little, very toasty studio, making Unique, sophisticated, one off pieces of jewellery. I work with polymer clay and enhance the clay with things like Metal Leaf, Alchol Inks, Micca Powders and pigments, anything that will give me my desired effect. I use stencils, cutters, moulds, real life leaves, shells, acorns, anything that will produce a natural, full of energy jewellry piece, that the buyer can own and love and personalise for a long long time. A pretty blue daisy pendant on white leather braided cord.

Very pretty round Daisy pendant. Lots of blues & Gold with lots of detail which gives depth and life to the flower. I love the clean glossy white background, gives a simple and delicate feel. The back is textured so it always feels comfortable against the skin. A really fun and colourful necklace.

I love This ! Thoughtful Lady. Handmade polymer clay pendant with carved ladies face. I have used my own pigment paste for her face. A very simple but striking image. I spent almost as much time on the back of the pendant as the front, I still used black clay but have added just a whisp of silvery pinks that can hardly been seen but give a very fine strata effect. This would make a very unusual and striking jewellery present or gift. Enjoy Jo. x

Wonderful bright blue handmade one off statement necklace. Blue and gold large tube beads. Flower texture.

Large individually made blue & gold chunky bead necklace. I love the texture on these beads, it makes the necklace sparkle and bring out all the different colours. I have also used transulucent clay, this gives a layered depth to the piece. Although the beads are quite significant, they are still very light and the necklace is easy and comfortable to wear. Polymer clay is a solid yet light material, an excellant material for large easy to wear jewelry.
