Our Biltong is made with nothing but 100% British and Irish Beef and dried over approx 5 days plus we have full traceability on all our Beef.
With a massive range flavours to choose from we truly have something for everyone. From Spicy to Sweet, from Original to Unoriginal from Savoury to Sophisticated we truly are the masters of flavour.
As we are from a British Farming family (over 7 generations,) that gives us a great advantage in using not just our knowledge but or experience and networks with in the world of agriculture to gain the best possible meats and prices to ensure every pack is as good as the last. We will never use anything but British meats in everything we do and that is a promise.
All our Biltong will be sent on a some fat level, unless the option is available to pick your preferred level of fat.
