About This Dad Made That

Full time engineer and a part time maker of small things.

The main focus of This Dad Made That is to create memorial jewellery and other special pieces. Since the beginning of this year I have created rings, charms and pendant containing ashes and hair.

My son Henry died at four days old in 2017, the first ring I made was my own, to hold his ashes. I have been honoured to go on to create rings for other parents that have experienced the loss of a baby or child.

I have recently started making small tinned candles, which help raise funds for our charity Henry’s Hope. We support parents locally in Barnsley and the surrounding areas as well as sending out small care packages to bereaved parents over the whole UK.

Charity Candles 10cl Tin. A variety of scents, mostly inspired by my love of baking. Each candle raises money for Henry’s Hope Charity. The fragrances and waxes used are vegan and cruelty free.
