About Ballooning Buds and Bows

We are a florist/ balloon decorators from birthday balloons to big displays of balloons for special occasions. We can help create your special event whatever it may be! We have just recently opened a shop in Heamoor just outside of Penzance and we are supporting local crafters by stocking many different types of crafts from fused glass, silver jewellery, digital art, jams and chutneys, candles and soaps.
