About HOME INSTEAD BASINGSTOKE

We provide home care services for the elderly and those living with challenging conditions, to enhance their lives and enable them to continue living comfortably and independently in the familiarity of their own homes.
Our services are non-medical and can cover personal care, help around the house, meal preparation, errands & shopping, mental stimulation or just social interaction, but our objective is to respond to a client’s needs rather than merely perform tasks. We aim to build trusting relationships with clients and their families, and provide a flexible and individualised service based on personal requirements and aspirations.
Our caregivers are chosen for their compassion, reliability and ethos, and are given high quality training with ongoing professional development. We carefully match our caregivers to our clients and introduce them personally before visiting commences, and provide continuity through regular visits by a small group of regular caregivers. Our caregivers carry ID but do not wear uniforms.
We also provide many FREE community events, such as our “Let’s Move” weekly seated mobility exercises, scam awareness talks, literature on falls prevention, nutrition, staying safe at home – and many more. Do contact us for further information on 01256 840660.

LET'S MOVE

LET'S MOVE are our FREE weekly seated mobility exercise classes. We can also offer LET'S MOVE as FREE "Pop-Up" sessions for group meetings. We provide FREE sanitiser, face masks, face visors, and bottled water for all participants and their carers if required. To comply with prevailing Covid-19 regulations we will observe social distancing, so numbers will be limited and you are advised to pre-book to be sure of a place. We commission an independent survey each year to establish what our clients think of our services and whether our staff enjoy working for us.
