About My Heart of Glass

My name is Elle Lindores and I am a Fused Glass Artists from Norfolk.
I started making glass as a hobby in 2008, beginning with small objects such as pendants and progressed to designing and making a range of different types of glass art and home decor, including bowls, coasters, candle holders and wall art. I gave up my career in education to launch ‘My Heart of Glass’ in 2015.
I have a passion for colour and firmly believe in the positive effect it can have on mood, therefore you’ll see that I use varied bright colours in many of my pieces.
I make all my items to order and also take commissions- so if you have an idea for something different that you would like making in glass- feel free to contact me for a quote.
I work from my studio at my home in Norfolk, where I live with my husband and two miniature dachshunds.

Fused Glass Framed Rainbow Beach Hut Wall Art

A stunning handmade fused glass framed wall art panel featuring a row of rainbow beach huts. To make the beach huts over 60 individual pieces of coloured glass are cut by hand and layered together before firing in a special kiln to form a solid glass panel. Handmade Fused Glass Rainbow Piano Keyboard Plate

Handmade Fused Glass Plate of Rainbow Piano Keys. Each individual piece of the 18 pieces of coloured glass required to make this piece is cut by hand. The pieces are then layered and fired together at high temperature in a special kiln. Once cooled the panel is then fired a second time over a ceramic mould to form a curved plate. Handmade Fused Glass Geometric Rainbow Heart Centrepiece Sculpture

A stunning handmade fused glass art geometric heart sculpture in a rainbow spectrum. Each of the 50 triangles of coloured glass used in this piece are cut by hand and then layered onto a clear glass base before firing into a solid panel in a special kiln. Once cooled, the panel is fired again over a ceramic mould to form an elegant curve. Handmade Fused Glass Strawberry Bunting

One metre length of handmade fused glass decorative bunting featuring luscious red strawberries. A quirky, cheerful and summery addition to any home, Each piece of glass is cut by hand and then red glass powder is used to create the strawberry shape, before adding green glass for the stalks and firing inside a kiln. once cooled, the strawberry pips are handprinted in gold enamel. 6 flags in total- available in other lengths.
