We’ve used this recipe for years, it’s loaded with cranberries, cherries, dates, sultanas, apples & brandy, and we’ve steamed them in enamel pudding basins for you to keep, gift, or bring back to us after Christmas for us to reuse in exchange for a £5 voucher. Availability is limited as puddings have already been made to allow them to mature in the lead up to xmas – first come first served. we have both beef suet, veg suet, and gluten free ones available. Our best selling brownie made into a family sized Yule log for the festive period. Can be ordered for now, or for Christmas, and collected from the cafe, or delivered locally. It's vegan and gluten free by nature, but you can't tell. This was our best selling bake last Christmas.
